That was quite a show of strength last game by Dragons vs Koblenz, even if the defense wasn’t as strong as usual and the first quarter was pretty poor. Artland could do whatever they wanted on offense; Koblenz offered virtually no resistance. They got to the basket at will and always found themselves with a good shot. Hinton (22 points) and Burnham (23 points), as star players, are also incredibly powerful, and almost no team can compete with that. They can do everything. Burnham, with four steals and shooting 10-for-11 from the field, is so strong. Lastring was outstanding again today. Of course, shooting 48% from three-point range (12-25) helped a lot. Nevertheless, they felt a whole class above them. It also seems like they’ve gelled really well and the guys have built up a healthy dose of self-confidence. Now against Leverkusen, where they are definitely the favorites. Currently, they are on track for the playoffs and, barring any injuries, will make it. Leverkusen mostly have same players from last year from lowest division, and it’s hard to compete with these players in Pro A league..
